Approved applicants of The Keyshawn Johnson Education Foundation may be awarded up to $5,000 (awarded in proportionate installments) each calendar year, up to four years. A maximum amount of $20,000 may be obtained by each eligible student if minimum criteria has been met each semester of full time enrollment. Each installment will be contingent on the recipient meeting the following criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduating Senior (applicable first year only), who has successfully completed all required course of study with at least a 2.5 GPA and satisfactory performance in all courses
• Full time enrollment in an accredited college or university
  (letter of acceptance and proof of enrollment will be required)
• Select College Course of Study with a 2.8 GPA or above and satisfactory completion of all courses
• Official Transcript Verification (upon completion of each semester or quarter)
• Progressive success and satisfactory completion of required courses

Please include the following:

• Official Transcripts and Grade Transcripts from your Sophomore, Junior and through 3rd Quarter of Senior Year from which you are graduating
• Letter or recommendation by teacher, school administrator, and/or counselor
• Letter of recommendation by community leader, mentor, supervisor, etc.
• Personal essay explaining desire to be selected, eligibility, educational goals, aspirations, career goals, and other pertinent information for consideration
• Personal profile listing desired course of study, student involvement, extracurricular activities, community involvement, awards, certifications, etc.
• Copy of formal acceptance letter from your college or university
• Copies of certificates, letters of achievement and/or special recognition

APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAY 15TH OF THE CURRENT ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR FROM WHICH YOU ARE GRADUATING IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE FALL SEMESTER OF THAT CALENDAR YEAR.
